Booking Policy

Welcome to Marée & Meridian Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a booking with us, you (“you,” “your,” or “the lead traveller”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Process

  • Inquiry: Begin your journey by contacting us via our website, email, or phone. Our travel experts will help you craft a personalised itinerary.
  • Proposal: Once we understand your preferences, we'll provide a detailed proposal outlining your bespoke travel experience.
  • Confirmation: To confirm your booking, we require a deposit as specified in your proposal. The balance payment will be due in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Price and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). If you wish to pay in another currency, please let us know and we will provide the equivalent amount based on the current exchange rate.
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount varies depending on the nature of your trip and will be specified in your proposal.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due [insert number] weeks before your intended departure date. If the booking is made less than [insert number] weeks before departure, the full amount is payable upon confirmation.

3. Travel Insurance

It is a condition of booking with Marée & Meridian that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other potential risks. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you or any member of your party due to inadequate or insufficient travel insurance.

4. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

  • Documentation: It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party have valid passports and any necessary visas for the destinations included in your trip.
  • Health Formalities: You must comply with all health requirements, including vaccinations and medical clearances, for the destination concerned.
  • Travel Restrictions: We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to denied entry or delays caused by missing or incorrect documentation.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • Changes by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to make significant changes to your booking, we will inform you promptly and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
